Hi,
I have add Node-Red nodes, that support I/O chips runs on Raspberry Pi ( e.g MCP23017) :
Node for MCP23017
This nodes are used from redPlc nodes:
redPlc Nodes
What is redPlc ?
redPlc are nodes for programming control task in Node-Red as Ladder-Logic.
There are Contact, Coil, Timer and Counter Nodes.
Nodes for analog Ladder-Logic and ADC/DAC chip support are added later.
I hope, that this nodes are usefully for you.
Best regards
Ocean

Many users ask me how use the redPlc module nodes (e.g mcp23017 or gpio) without ladder logic.
For this, I develope nodes for get/set the module nodes with data from/to other Node-Red nodes
(e.g Dashboard or MQTT).
