Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and you will be notified by email when your order has been sent. UK orders will be sent First Class Royal Mail for UK delivery and airmail for overseas orders which takes approx 2-8 working days delivery time subject to customs clearance. Delivery times may be longer at Christmas and national holidays.
How can I check the status of my order or print another invoice?
You can check the status of your order or print an invoice copy by going to the My Account area of the website.
What is my tracking number?
We do not use a tracked delivery service and we are not able to supply tracking information for your parcel excluding selected destinations, see our shipping page for more information.

Can I place an order by Purchase Order or Credit?
We are sorry but we are not able to accept orders by purchase order or give credit for our products. All orders must be placed online and paid with a Credit or Debit Card or using PayPal prior to the orders being sent.
