Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. UK orders will be sent First Class Royal Mail for UK delivery and airmail for overseas orders which takes approx 4-14 *working days delivery time subject to customs clearance. Delivery times may be longer at Christmas.
*Working days are normal weekdays and dispatch times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Delivery transit times do not include national holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider in the destination country.
Our standard delivery charge for the United Kingdom is £1.95 per order.
Delivery for EU countries is £3.95 per order.
Delivery for other destinations outside the EU is £4.95.
Delivery is FREE for orders over £25.00

We regret that due to a large number of parcels going missing in the postal system in the past we are not able to deliver to countries who are not listed in our checkout registration page.
We will contact you via email if there are any unexpected delays with your order.
The shipping service we use is not a tracked service and we are not able to supply tracking information for your order.
We have obtained postage quotations for overseas tracked services using UPS, Fedex etc and as we do not send large quantities of orders the individual cost per order would be over £40 each for a 100g parcel therefore it is not possible for us to offer a tracked service at the present time for most destinations.
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
All Raspberry Pi add-on boards are checked on a Raspberry Pi during production and all inputs are checked to ensure the inputs and outputs are within the specified ratings.
We cannot accept returns for faults caused by over voltage being applied to inputs or boards by the purchaser.
When returning an item to us, please clearly state why you are returning your parcel and whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches so we recommend that you send it via registered or recorded post.
The amount of time a refund takes to reach the customer completely depends on the different banks involved in the process, it would be between 3 - 5 working days for it to be completed.
United Kingdom VAT at 20% is added to all orders for the UK and EU destinations. VAT is not added to NON-EU destinations.
EU customers who wish to reclaim VAT on their orders by entering their VAT number when registering on our shop.
We are not able to give a VAT refund if you send us your VAT number after you have placed your order.
Removed Delivery Destinations
We regret that we had to remove the following countries from our delivery destinations due to a very high failure rate of our parcels being delivered using the Royal Mail airmail service. This resulted in us refunding all of the missing orders and we cannot continue make such large losses sending parcels to destinations where a large percentage of the items are lost in the postal systems.
Belarus – 95% failure of parcels to be delivered.
Brazil, China, Russia and Mexico – 100% failure of parcels to be delivered.
Greece, Sri Lanka, South Africa and Turkey – 90% failure of parcels to be delivered.
Italy – 95% failure of parcels to be delivered.
Portugal– 80% failure of parcels to be delivered and parcels did arrive are damaged.
Singapore - Long delays due to customs clearance and parcels going missing.
Taiwan - 80% failure of parcels to be delivered and over 3 weeks delay with parcels received due to customs delays resulting in complaints.
United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia - Over 90% failure of parcels to be delivered and long delays due to customs.
Also due to problems with courier delivered parcels to these destinations we are not able to use a third party courier service for these delivery destinations due to the extra costs involved.
