We’re delighted to announce we can now ship to the USA again

On the 23rd August 2025 we suspended deliveries to the USA after the US government announced changes to its import regulations.

We are pleased to confirm that we are once again offering full delivery from the UK to customers in the United States. The removal of the earlier shipping restrictions combined with the clarity around a new fixed 10% tariff rate has allowed us to restore full services for US-bound customers. We appreciate your patience while things were uncertain.

What’s changed for US importers?

From April 2025, the US government introduced a new baseline tariff, meaning most goods arriving from the UK (and many other countries) are now subject to a 10% import duty.

If you are based in the US all orders you place with us will now include the 10% import duty when shipping to the United States. The duty is in addition to any shipping fees, taxes, or customs charges imposed by freight carriers or US customs.

What to do when placing your order

• Add your items to the basket as normal.

• At checkout, the 10% import duty will be clearly shown (in addition to shipping costs).

• Once confirmed, we’ll ship your package, but please bear in mind that final charges may vary at the US border depending on state-level taxes, customs procedures, or courier handling fees.
