simple question of a beginner :
is it possible to power the Pi using the +5V and ground from the expander or ADC or IO card ?
Thanks
You can power the Pi using the +5V and ground on the Expander Pi. The only thing you have to be aware of is powering the Pi this way bypasses the short circuit protection that you get when powering the Pi through the USB port so if you accidentally short any of the GPIO pins to ground you could damage your Pi.
