Hallo,
First I use a Raspberry Pi 2.
I attached a 1-Wire temperature sensor ( DS18b20 ) to a 1-Wire - pi - plus board .
There are two betribsarten of DS18b20 : - Parasite Powered
- External Vdd Powered
how and where can I find out which mode I use ?

If you are connecting the DS18b20 to the 1-Wire Pi with all three pins then the DS18b20 will be in external vdd powered mode.
